Rafael A. Garcia is an attorney with the Law Office of Daniel E. Goodman, LLC, where his history with the firm began long before he became a licensed attorney. Rafael first joined the firm as a law clerk immediately after graduating from high school and continued working with the firm throughout his undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago and while earning his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Having grown professionally within the firm, Rafael brings a unique understanding of its clients, values, and commitment to personal service. His years of experience working alongside the firm’s attorneys have given him a strong foundation in the practice of law and a deep appreciation for helping clients navigate difficult and often stressful circumstances.
Rafael is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and help ensure they feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout the legal process. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Rafael is married and the proud father of one son. His commitment to family is reflected in the personal attention and compassion he brings to his work with clients.
