David Lyszkowski is a trial attorney at the Law Office of Daniel E. Goodman, where he represents the firm’s clients in personal injury litigation in state courts throughout Illinois.
David joined the firm after previously working as an associate attorney for a prominent national litigation defense firm, concentrating on complex civil litigation, representing clients that include product manufacturers and distributors in a variety of cases including product liability, torts and contract disputes. David now uses his knowledge from the defense side to obtain justice for his clients and maximize their recovery.
David is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and is admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 2018, where he participated in the Veteran Legal Clinic assisting veterans who have been improperly denied benefits by the Veterans Benefits Administration or need a military discharge upgrade. David graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in English.
David is an Illinois native and resides in Niles, Illinois. In his spare time, he enjoys to golf, travel, and spend quality time with his family and friends.
