Bausch & Lomb could pay more than $1 billion in ‘MoistureLoc’ settlements
CHICAGO - A products liability suit filed against Bausch & Lomb in the Circuit Court of Cook County was removed to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by the defendants on Jan. 14.
